Romeo Knight was one of the Amiga demoscene’s admired composers, his music carried by Red Sector Inc and heard most famously in the RSI Megademo — a soundtrack that travelled across Europe on every copy of the demo. His melodic, sample-driven Amiga work is fondly remembered decades on.
He is also a useful reminder that the scene’s handles were not all eventually unmasked. Where many sceners went public — founding studios, scoring films, putting real names to old aliases — Romeo Knight has remained Romeo Knight. The pseudonym is the name.
